Beluga Airbus by The Beluga Project
First off we are going to talk about some of the older acf. files, in both age in reality and how long ago they were made for x-plane. I recently downloaded X-Plane 9 so i could update some of my airplanes that are part of older vesions one of the files was the magnificent Beluga by the beluga project.
I have been playing around with this acf and some of the features could use with a bit of updating but this is an awsome plane especially since it is a v.8 file. Some of the great features of this plane is you can put wings and a fusealage into the plane. Also the loading door opens, which isn’t that suprising since the quality of everything else is very high quality. It also flys like a heavy beast.
The landing gear is also exeptionally good for a freeware file and a v.8 file. The modeling of this plane is very good because some of the shapes of the fuselage and nose are high quality. The flaps are also good for a v.8 file because a lot of the flaps from older versions don’t have all the parts of the flaps and also have parts of the flaps sticking threw the flaps.
This picture shows the loading door closing. In the cockpit is the switch for the loading door that can lock as well.
